On 18 March 2021 in Boualapha, the Hin Nam No Co-Management Stakeholders agreed to endorse the Hin Nam No Bufferzone delineation and key regulations through Decision of Khammouane Province. The text was drafted and agreed and the last annexes required for the decision are being collocated. With this decision Hin Nam No Co-Management meets another important criteria for the World Heritage Nomination of the Area
