On 28 October 2022, the workshop on the Organizational Capacity Development for the Hin Nam No National Park took place in Thankhek with the participation of National Park officials and ProFEB, with the facilitation of the consultancy Katalyst. The workshop aims to inform the results of the analysis and share findings from previous interviews, discussions and meetings with the team members and relevant stakeholders on shared values, structure, style, strategy, staff, skills, and the park’s system.
As a result, key findings were made possible, which allowed the park officials to understand and highlight the issues related to the management of the National Park, including technical and functional capacity. Furthermore, the recommendations and further actions were summarised, taking into account after the fruitful discussion.
