Two trainings and exchange visits are organized for the local women’s group of Nong Ping village which will manage the campground in front of Xe Bang Fai cave, the major tourism attraction of Hin Nam No. The trainings will ensure that the women’s group have the capacity and skills to manage their campground independently whereby earning income from campsite fees. The women-run campsite is a model for empowering local women to earn cash income as a main driver for achieving gender equality
