On 11-13 November at Nongping village (Xebang Fai cave area) Bualapha district, the training to empower Community Youth Champions to combat IWT in Hin Nam No National Park, Khammouane Province (EmYouth) was conducted led by Rural Development Agency (RDA) together with Hin Nam No National Park office and related departments and offices from province.
